Sportsphotos.com

A home run for gigabit-hungry photographers.

Capturing the Action at Gigabit Speed

Born out of the first Hacking the Gigabit City event, Sportsphotos.com was founded by developer and shutterbug Brandon Schatz as a social marketplace for photographers of sporting events. The site’s gigabit backbone allows photographers to quickly upload massive amounts of high-resolution images to their accounts, manage and tag them, then use the social sharing features to promote them to potential buyers. E-commerce functionality closes the online retail loop.
